Amazing, easy process. Adam, my banker, was excellent from start to finish and checked on me after the process was completed. Great customer service from Adam and my title specialist! Easy process, streamlined title process. Not much to sign.
Very quick and enjoyable overall. Great email reminders on items needed for completion!

They are quick, easy, convenient, pleasant, good communication, and all online. Closing was very convenient and open to my availability, they work hard to make sure my loan was a success.

I was extremely pleased with the process from beginning to end. It was easy and efficient. Most everything was done electronically and I got a great refi rate. I’d definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage!

Our experience with Rocket Mortgage was good from beginning to end. Each individual I spoke with was knowledgeable, prompt to return calls, and very patient to explain procedures to me. This was my first time tackling a refinance and I was so pleased at the professionalism all along the way. Our closing attorney was helpful and made sure we understood each document we signed.

Awesome, to say the least, the entire process took about 3 weeks. That is just incredible, from beginning to end they were there and answered all or any questions that I had. The closing I chose was at my own home, wow! When I tell my friends that it took three weeks they don't believe me.
