We had a number of refinancing by QL in the past but the current refi is the best one. From the loan inquiry, loan application, loan processing thru the closing, the loan processes have been very fast and very easy to accomplish on our part. I am crediting AnnMarie Maronek for her very kind and friendly assistance. The entire process took only 3 weeks which when compared with other loan companies it takes twice or 3 times as long. If ever we will need a new loan or refi, Rocket Loan will be our number one choice and we highly recommend others to go with Rocket Loan (QL).

My wife and I decided to take advantage of the way the housing market took off. We had placed our home up for sale in April and had an offer within few days. It being a mobile home that my wife and I totally renovated, to include a new drain field, pool, shed, and carport. Plus, the 1-1/4 acre didn't hurt the sale and it was close to the World Equestrian Center. We didn't expect to get it so soon. We already had a VA loan pre-approval with my bank. The homes we were looking at needed cash or conventional. My bank didn't do conventional and we weren't going to make enough cash to get what we wanted. So, having used Quicken before, we applied for a conventional and got a pre-approval within minutes. The home we found accepted our offer. Once that offer was accepted, it took us literally 20 days to wrap up the whole sale and the loan the people used took 45 days, which was supposed to a 30-day close and it cost them so much in all of these "inspections". The mobile home we were selling didn't close for almost 45 days after we accepted the offer. The loan with Quicken took only 20 days and no hassle. It was done online and people were there every step of the way. I had phone numbers, emails, and text at my disposal, so no worries. Anyway, it was a great experience!
