Rocket was really easy to work with on my refi. I had other companies tell me they couldn't do a refi because I was on temp disability (work comp), but Rocket was able to work with me on this issue. They were very easy to work with and pretty quick with closing.

I have always had the best experience with Rocket Mortgage. From purchasing the home to doing a refinance it has been the easiest company to work with. I can ask anything and they will take all the time you need to help you understand. The online process works great and makes things so much easier. I love them!

Closing took 60 days. I was passed around between more than 5 people. They didn’t ask for my information until it was too late and then closing was pushed back. A couple of people I talked with were rude and not understanding. Would not recommend. Still waiting for my reimbursement. Was told I would get credited in some way for everything that happened during the process. Haven’t heard back in multiple weeks. Very unprofessional of Rocket Mortgage.

I applied for refinancing because I received an offer from American Express, as a cardholder, to refinance with Rocket Mortgage and receive these offers:

1. $2000.00 credit towards my American Express account once your refinancing is closed.

2. Pay no Loan Processing or Underwriting Fees on refinancing (which they charged me $1250.00).

According to Zach B., Rocket Mortgage cannot do anything about these issues, even though I forwarded the email from American Express to Rocket Mortgage at the beginning of the whole process and was told verbally by Jason S. it would be $2000.00.

Not happy at all and will continue to seek help on this matter elsewhere.

I put off refinancing a high-interest mortgage because all I ever knew about mortgages was the dreaded paperwork. I can’t believe how simple and fast the whole process was with Rocket. I was concerned about the fees involved, so went to my previous lender for a comparison. I was pleasantly surprised. Rocket's fees and lower interest rates could not be beaten. I would totally recommend this company to anyone.
