I love this shake in the morning. It is thicker than other shakes, which is unusual for most protein shakes. Most shakes have that awful sweat taste from unnatural sweeteners, this is not like that at all.

I like the taste, although, I did sneak in some monk fruit sweetener to entice my Granddaughters into trying it. I feel full for half a day after a shake, and what a treat to have a chocolate shake while on a diet. I add ice to chill and sometimes eat with a spoon. For some time now I have been looking for something Doc Gundry approved for my lunch. I am a mechanic and I am always on the road. I have been using the ProPlant Complete Shake for about a week. I am finding it a very useful product. I added it to my Kefir together with some organic Cacao which enhanced the chocolate taste.
