I find this supplement to be a replacement for my breakfast. It is simple to make with a blender and I am good to go all morning. I am glad to have an alternative to getting healthy protein without having to chase many things that I wouldn't eat otherwise!

Very helpful in my weight loss efforts. It was my go-to snack in the warmer months. It tastes great and has a lot of nutrients (especially the hemp) that I've not found in other protein shakes and is very satisfying. Other members of my family have tried it as well and enjoyed it. ProPlant shakes will continue to be a part of my eating plan.

I use this as a 9 hole energy booster to play the last 9 holes. Blend it with berries and water into a great smoothie. I highly recommend this product as an energy booster. And it has a great flavor.

I’m a morning smoothie kinda gal so I’m always game for healthy alternatives. I loved the shakes but because of having to pay extra duty on top of our Canada exchange rate it is just too much to keep using. All those lucky USA citizens should be the healthiest ones around. In combination with weight watchers eating plan, it helped me reach my goal in 5 months. Prevention is key rather than waiting for a crisis.

I read the book first, getting me to a place where I knew I had to do something to solve the skin issues I had, other than my regular diet. I am pleased to say that the products have been the solution for me, and a great solution to digestive concerns for my daughter. Sometimes we have run out in between shipments, and the same old things start to happen.

I am very happy with this twice a day and think it gives me a better outlook also. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because navigating on the website is difficult, and the “But wait there’s more” tactic is way over the top. Unless you are a true believer, most would bail, right there. Fix that and you have a winner.

I saw Dr. Gundry's advertisement and I followed up with an order. I'm extremely satisfied with the presentation and results of the ProPlant Shake. I feel that I'm satisfied if I miss a meal and feel alert and not fatigued. I will now try the PreBiotic and review.

I have to say I have not used it much, I think it needs something only not sure what. I added a banana one time and was a little better. I wish it was a little sweeter. I have been away on vacation so have not been able to use lately.

I use this shake in place of a meal in the morning, in doing so I still feel full and can go until lunch and not even think about as I still feel satisfied. I don't have that feeling of giving up anything. It's great on the run meal and is good for me as well.
