The product tastes good when whipped up. The texture is a bit slimy. I cannot recognize specific results yet but will continue to consume once or twice weekly to provide a basis for evaluating health benefits.

I have enjoyed taking Pro Plant Complete Chocolate Shake. I use it at breakfast time and take my vitamins along with it. I find I am ready for my day. Many days I have 2 or 3 eggs depending if my weight is up or down. I am enjoying it along with several of Dr. Gundrys' products. They are totally changing my health.

At 226 lbs, the doc says I'm obese and pre-diabetic. So, I decided to curb the carbs, eat healthier, and it worked, after a year I was at 202lbs. That's where I stalled, yea, I still had my weekly burger, wings, and beer once per week (I'm still a daily beer drinker, can't give it all up). Then I gave the ProPlant shake a try. Inside of 6 weeks, I started loosing from the 202 I was stuck at, I'm now 190lbs. I will say most of the reviews I read before my purchase are true. I'm a believer for sure. I was spending 3-5 bucks every morning at the store before work, I made the decision to afford this by no longer spending those few bucks every day. I have stuck to that too. It works!

ProPlant Complete Shake mix seems to be a great product. It makes me feel full, satisfied and content for quite a number of hours. It has a wonderful chocolate taste and 10 grams of protein per 12-ounce serving. I use it to supplement a snack or as a meal replacement. So far it is making me feel really well, and I look forward to seeing how well it burns my excess fat, too.

My favorite part about ProPlant is that my tummy doesn't growl afterward like it does with other protein powder brands. Hidden "special power ingredients" tend to upset my stomach, unfortunately. While the price seems high, it really is worth the quality.

Since finding Dr. Gundry and The Plant Paradox my life has really taken a turn. I use Primal Plants, Vital Reds, PreBio Thrive, TriTrim and ProPlant Complete nearly every day. I am 79 and feeling the best ever in my life.

Since changing my wicked ways, my sugar cravings are gone, my appetite is under control, I eat better than ever before and I can hardly contain my enthusiasm. I drive people crazy with all my new found information.

I have lowered my A1C and am still working on that, I have lost weight, but still more to lose, I am enjoying eating my new plan and I know I can accomplish my goals.

It keeps me on track with my diet so I Don chest I’ve lost 5 pounds in two weeks and I have more strength energy and less pain in my joints. I just need to keep it going through the holidays!

I've been using ProPlant Shake since it came out, over a year now. I mix it with all the Gundry powders, coconut milk, organic spinach that I've frozen, an avocado, and organic frozen blueberries and take all my vitamins and Gundry supplements. Dear Dr. Gundry, I'm a 57-year-old male who has recently experienced a problem with any type of processed food. I've been to several doctors & specialists who have not been able to give me a diagnosis. I have lost 30 pounds and am down to 132 pounds. It seems that when I eat any food that is processed it causes me to vomit uncontrollably throughout the night. Sometimes this will last several days in a row.

When I viewed the video online I thought this could be a product that might help me. I made the order and was amazed at how quickly it arrived. I think the ProPlant is an excellent product that I use every day. I do not use it as a substitute for a meal, I use it in addition to my meal with the goal of trying to gain weight.

My only concern was during the check-out process on the website. I wanted to try 3 of the ProPlant 22 oz. containers, but as I navigated to the checkout area of the website, it kept bringing back and asking me if I wanted to purchase 6 containers at a better price. Because I was a first time user of ProPlant, I thought I should start with 3. When I received my order, there were 6 in the box. I thought there had been a mistake.

What had happened is somehow I had hit the button for 3 containers 2 times. Because I like the product so much I did not complain or write to the company. However, since I did purchase 6 containers, I wasn't sure I received the proper discount for buying all 6 at the same time. It seemed that it was 2 separate purchases with a discount for buying 3 at a time? I'm sorry I did not save my receipt so I do not have my order number.

As I said great taste, good as a snack instead of junk food type snacks. When I run out of it, which I won't anymore hopefully, I really miss it. It seems to give me that extra energy that I have been missing during the day.

If I get the munchies at night, instead of eating something I'll just mix that up and sip it and while my cat watches me very curiously and closely. I think it helps me sleep because it makes me feel full as well.

I feel better than I have felt in quite a while. I enjoy all the other products as well. In the morning I use Vital Reds, Primal Plants, and Energy Renew. I also enjoy the Heart Defense and take some of my prescription pills I'm still taking for my heart problem. I, however, do not take any more pain products for my arthritis and that's a plus and I can attribute that to all the stuff I'm taking that I've ordered such as peak mobility.

I also use PrebioThrive in the morning before eating. But back to the ProPlant Complete Shake, I'm just very very satisfied with it. That's all I can think to say at the moment because I use it everyday and get a move on most of the time these days without even taking a nap as I am going on 67!
