I have been using the shake and a trainer created the meal plan for. Week #5 now and I am so excited. I'm at 18 lbs lost and learning the measuring of food that I really needed, which I was totally aware of, that was my problem, just had to go with it and do it. Best ever, thanks.

Although we took a two-week vacation with another trip coming up next week, the product is easy to bring along and continue using when out of town. The most important aspect of the product for me is that it suppresses my hunger and prevents my constant grazing while feeling pleasantly filled with a nutritious product.
My weight has dropped around 10 lbs after using 1 and 1/2 of the 20 scoop containers. Looking forward to future success and trying a couple more of Dr. G's products. Thanks.

Mixed my first shake according to directions. It very quickly thickened to a consistency somewhere between pudding and snot! Although the taste was nice, the texture was repulsive.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have been taking the shake for almost a month now. I like the chocolate taste and texture is good. Coconut milk made it too sweet so I just mix it in my Ninja with water. I like to add a litte Greek yogurt and a few ice cubes too. It keeps me full for about 3 hours or so. I do feel a little better since taking it. It doesn't replace coffee for me, however.

The product has helped my digestion and intestinal health greatly. I have been combining the shake with Vital Reds, Primal Plants and Energy Renew as my morning drink, along with a cup of coffee and have all the energy I need for the day until dinner since I’m following intermittent fasting. Highly recommend!

ProPlant Complete Shake has essentially replaced a meal for me (lunch). I'm completely satisfied for 3-4 hours, and of course, it is helping with weight loss. I either mix with water or 1/2 coffee and water. LOVE IT!

It has really improved my gut. My bowels are very regular and I feel great. First time in a long time. And I have only been using it for less than two months. Skin feels better too. And I am a senior citizen.

Dr. Gundry and staff,
This is really tastes good. I love it with frozen blueberries!
I also put in my probiotic from Gundry.
I use this once a day and I am feeling better, even in the middle of winter when it is so cold. I get up and do things that I wouldn't normally do in the winter because of the cold.

The product has definitely had a very positive impact on my digestive system. My bowel movements are no longer sporadic and rushed but very controlled and regular. I also have much more energy but seem to be having more trouble staying asleep. I'm taking on projects I would never have considered before.
Although the chocolate flavor is ok, I would much prefer a vanilla option. I would also prefer a product with no sweetener (Stevia Blend) as I always make my shakes with frozen fruit (raspberries, blueberries) to add sweetness.
In closing, I wish you would provide a vanilla option with no sweetener! I will be looking for this type of product when I run out of your product.

I really like this shake. It's delicious and filling. I can drink it plain or sometimes I add an avocado...I use coconut, flax, cashew or almond milk.
It helps to keep me regular as well, which is a plus since I have had issues with that all of my life.

First of all, this is not a shake. I used ONE scoop with 10 oz H20 and blended it. Besides tasting horrible, this stuff stuck to the bottom of my blender and I couldn't get it out without a great deal of work!
I will be returning this non-blendable terrible tasting stuff. BTW, why don't they use monk fruit instead of Splenda!
