Got the ProPlant and started using it. Fairly good energy. Not much on the flavour though seems too chocolaty for my taste. Will likely continue to use though. Seems like a good product.

I sort of like the chocolate shake but would prefer a vanilla flavor if you have one? When I ordered it, I didn't see any other flavors but thought I would try the chocolate.

Is there a chance of vanilla flavor in the future?

I woke up this morning feeling a little drained. Weak actually. I saw your email and thought about posting a review but then I said "Let me drink some ProPlant Shake and see if it BOOSTS my energy since I'm not feeling too well." Well...IT DID! As I write this review my energy is rising slowly by the minute. I mix it with Almond Milk and it tastes simply marvelous that way. Thank you, Dr. Gundry, for creating such a healthy, highly nutritious meal in a bottle.

I've been using this product for about one month now. I love it. It does crave my hunger and I feel good drinking this product as a snack and not feel guilty about overindulging on sweets. I have also lost 10 lbs since using this product, which feels great because I thought I'd never lose weight. I feel good that I'm taking care of myself and diet as well. I do recommend this product. It tastes good too. I do look forward to ordering more in the near future. Good product.

I drink ProPlant every morning. It supplies me with the protein and nutrients that I need to maintain my active lifestyle. I'm up early and out for a 2-mile walk with my dog. After that, I'm in the gym for a quick 30-minute workout. The ProPlant shake helps to keep my blood sugar levels and gives me the clean protein to supply my muscles with what they need to stay strong. I'm 65 and look forward to living a healthy future and ProPlant protein will be a part of it!

Haven’t had the product for very long, but can certainly comment that ProPlant Compete produces a delicious satisfying shake that fills you up and curbs hunger. I mix mine with spinach and water. It is almost like a drinkable chocolate pudding!

If I drank a whey protein isolate shake, I would be hungry within 2 hours, ProPlant Complete kept me going for about 5 hours!.

Very happy with the product thus far.

I am enjoying my ProPlant shake each morning on the way to work. The chocolate flavor and the almond milk make a tasty treat in the AM! It lasts me until mid-morning without another snack, which is great when you are a teacher.

Husband and I have been using it as an evening meal replacement during the weekdays. It works well as we are really busy and not all home at the same times for dinner, we take our usual dinner for lunch and at least we know we are having something good at dinner time. We are still experimenting with how we like to mix it. He likes milk, I prefer almond or coconut milk, but have also had it with water and all are good. My mixes often are quite thick, a bit like having a dessert for dinner! We have had less bloating and been feeling good, but only been on it for a couple of weeks so hope to see more improvement in the way we are feeling.

This product has made me feel much better and I substitute it for one meal, as a diabetic, it helps control my Blood Glue Glucose by the not eating 3 times a day, and I have lost a couple of lbs as well. The taste is excellent. I make a smoothie with it daily. I will keep using this product...

I have been using as a protein replacement for 1 meal for 5 days a week for 6 weeks (along with Primal Plants). Love that I am full with minimal calories and I have lost 11 pounds during a stressful time traveling to an ailing parent with minimal opportunity for exercise. My energy has remained high and joint/muscle pain I often have with stress is low. My only wish would be that ProPlant could be vanilla flavored versus chocolate and a bit less "slimy." However, even if it does not change, the results so far will not deter me from continuing to use it!
