I’ve been using the shake as my breakfast most days. On days I ride I use it as an after ride replenishment. I can tell that my pants are fitting better and I lost 4 lbs. I’ve even told co-works about the shake because nothing to lose, has helped me and the sugar cravings are gone.

I looooove this shake! It’s so yum...I don’t really love chocolate flavour anything that much as I prefer strawberry! So I was a bit worried to try it as other chocolate shakes I’ve not really liked either...but the taste is awesome! It sits well in my sensitive stomach! It fills me up for quite a lot of the day. It mixes well when I use a blender and I love it has no bad stuff in it!

I have recently ordered several containers of the ProPlant protein shake from Dr. Gundry and my first taste was very appealing.

I like the thick consistency and it seems to really fill me and satisfy my cravings. The chocolate flavour reminds me of chocolate cake batter, really a nice treat. I like it with some ice and it would be excellent with fruit blended in it too. I wonder if there will be any other flavours to try such as banana or vanilla, that would be great.

The benefits I have enjoyed so far are improved bowel movements, in size and in ease of elimination. Feeling full longer and less cravings and feeling better, more energy overall.

The fact that it only nets 3 grams of carbs and is just 120 calories, I feel like I can use it for snacks or a dessert. This is a product I plan to keep using and have one at home and at the office. All I need to make it better for quick use is a single serve blender.

I read the reviews for this product, watched the video, and decided to test it out. When it arrived at my door I immediately brought the box into the kitchen and opened it up. When I opened the product I was very surprised with the wonderful pleasant aroma of chocolate that hit me. I was anxious to see if the chocolate flavor was truly there and it was! I made my shake with unsweetened almond milk, it was delicious!

I had a lot of energy and practically no appetite for most of the day. I’m just a beginner on The Plant Paradox eating plan and I am feeling fantastic and looking forward to a new leaner me! I also started adding my Vital Reds to my shake every morning now. Thank you for such an amazing product!

I’ve be been drinking your chocolate ProPlant shakes now for a couple of weeks and I can honestly say, I LOVE IT! Sorry to say I doubted how good they would taste, but let’s face it, everyone says their protein powders are great tasting and they’re not.

I have been in clinical practice for 45 years as a Chiropractor and Naturopathic Physician. Multiple times I have tried to take a combination of Spirulina, flaxseed, and Hemp protein, it was very difficult and patients could not tolerate the combination.

I just ordered my second container. I have it at night because your smaller meal should be at night. I make with 12 oz of unsweetened coconut milk, a few ice cubes, and blend. Normally I’m hungry shortly after my dinner but with this shake, I am not. I’ll have a small snack 1 hour later, I also enjoy the taste, I’ve had other chocolate shakes and I didn’t like the taste. I will continue to order it and also I’ve told friends to try it. Also, the best part, it doesn’t contain SOY. Thank you for that.
