Piping Rock

I have had many shipments from Piping Rock and so far have had no problems until today. Some shipments have been slow to arrive and others quite quick. They have arrived from various different countries around the world - which might explain delivery times.

I have had one bottle in my latest order that is substandard, but that may be a simple fix. So far the products do what they say they do and I have several questions about them - but so far so good. Time will tell.

I was a loyal customer of Piping Rock for about 5 years. Their products were satisfactory, however, recently they shipped my order to the incorrect address. I requested they either refund my money or reship the order to the correct address. They told me they have the tracking information and that the product was delivered. They subsequently stated they would not refund my money or resend the product to the correct address. The tracking information was completely irrelevant as they sent the product to an incorrect address. I will never purchase another product from Piping Rock.

I order a LOT of products from Piping Rock. They offer a huge variety of supplements and skin care products, their prices can't be beat, the quality is good, and my orders ship quickly! Once, one of the products leaked en route, and Piping Rock immediately shipped a replacement for free. I was impressed that I got to speak to a live customer service representative without first having to go through a lengthy automated system.

Honestly, I can't recommend Piping Rock enough! They often have sales (BOGO free or 50% off), so keep an eye out for those!

Absolutely disgusted! When making an order from here they charge you shipping fees but do not make you aware of having to pay additional customs charges on delivery. My charges cam to 50% of the total order price so in actual fact the products cost more than if I'd purchased them elsewhere. So if you think you are making a saving, think again. Stay clear!

I've just received my second delivery from Piping Rock with discrepancies, and product (2 cocoa butter leaked all over the packaging) leakage in the delivery! I've immediately notified them via email explaining the missing items, leakage. To my surprise, I have not received a response, naturally, I resent the exact same message and is still remains unanswered!

Utterly disappointed with Piping Rock's customer service...I will not be continuing my business with them.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Ordered three products that were part of the BOGO and they did not send it that way, and they claim that once the order is packaged they cannot fix it. They said they cannot shipment the free ones separately so there was nothing they could do!

My order arrived today but 2 products are missing! Also had to pay 27,27 Euro to customs! So I paid a lot of money to receive half what I ordered!

If you are female and have OB, this product will serve you. I didn't want to take the toxins in AZO so I researched and found that cold pressed pumpkin seed oil that is organic is the best. I have been taking it for over 2 months now, if I run out, which I did, in the beginning, I was miserable. It is the best natural remedy for overactive bladder issues.

I have purchased multiple products over several years. As a nurse, I am concerned about the quality and have not been disappointed. Love their email deals too. Purchased pycnogenol, glucosamine, cranberry, calcium, and magnesium. Most of these I take daily.

I live in Sweden and my order from this SCAM company Piping Rock is stuck in Swedish customs only because Piping Rock doesn't provide a proper invoice with price information to calculate the VAT and no money back.

Why do you sell to people outside the USA?
