Piping Rock

I have personally purchased several supplements as well as essential oils from PipingRock.com I have to say I have absolutely no complaints! My shipping was immediate (every time) with confirmation and tracking. The quality of the products was excellent, and to top it off the pricing was great for me because I am on a very strict and limited budget. I would recommend Piping Rock to anyone who is looking for quality products for a low price, as well as a company who lives up to their reputation of integrity.

I have ordered several items on two different occasions and received them in two to three days. I am pleased with the products and the quick delivery time. Beware, free shipping has expired.

Compared to my local health food/herbal store:

I bought 4 ounces of almond oil at the store for $8. Piping Rock had 16 ounces for $4! Of course I had to order a 16 ounce bottle, as well as 16 ounces of grapeseed oil for $8, (compared to the store's price of $13 for 4 ounces).

I make beeswax soap and beeswax body bars, so I am very familiar with different brands of essential oils. My order from Piping Rock arrived within 5 days, was packaged sloppily on the outside, but what I cared more about were the products on the INSIDE of the box.

I compared Piping Rock essential oils, side by side, to the essential oils from my local store. There was no difference in scent, viscosity, color, and all had the same pleasant feel upon my skin.

Now I'm going to try using the $10 coupon I received with my order, and if it is not honored (as one customer said in an earlier review), my opinion will be subject to change.

I have ordered different carrier oils from this company. The shipping was fast (I received the product within two days) and the quality of oils was great. I do recommend Piping Rock for their carrier oils as they have the lowest rates and fastest shipping.

I don't usually do these but I just had to about this. My son, a senior, had HORRIBLE ACNE for the last year and a half. He tried EVERYTHING over the counter and nothing was a permanent fix. My mother in the meantime developed rosacea on her forehead and nothing was working for her. I Googled home remedies and Apple cider vinegar came up. Needless to say I ordered it for both of them and it worked great. It took around 3-4 weeks to really see a BIG difference but it was noticeable that they weren't getting any NEW growths. He now doesn't have any new ones and his scaring from the acne is leaving. I wish I would have done this sooner.I just ordered another shipment for the both of them and it was here in 4 days.

Comparing GABA & Inositol from PR to NOW brand, I feel that there may be less potency with what I bought from Piping Rock. When I take NOW brand GABA or Inositol on empty stomach I can feel something when it initially releases. Maybe the gel capsule from PB does not dissolve until it reaches the stomach?

I've been using Piping Rock for about a year and I find them to be extremely reliable, pricing is great, and I find that they deliver to my home in a timely manner. I find no problems with their product. I have highly recommended this company to my friends and family.

I have been using Alpha Lipoic Acid for years and it's working, bringing my blood sugar down. I tried the 100 mg R Lipoic Acid and it has worked more effective for my blood sugar. Recently I bought 2 bottles of 100 mg R Lipoic Acid (120 capsules/bottle bio-enhanced from Piping Rock). I took it for the past 2 days and checked my fasting blood sugar and 2 hours after meal blood sugar and the reading is much higher than the R Alpha Lipoic Acid I bought from other internet stores.

I want to let everyone know that all my orders have been received within no more than four working days. Also, I just ordered the Vitamin C antioxidant cream and I love it. It is like rubbing silk on your face every time I put it on.

You couldn't ask for better pricing anywhere. I am telling all my friends & family about Piping Rock!

I have bought on four separate occasions from the oils and creams and although the Retinol product isn't doing what it says I have no problem with that. The oils are great and I had question about some certain oils and I went on chat with them and they were very kind, and yes they answered my questions right away. So my experience with Pipping Rock was good and I will keep ordering and using the products. I might add the tea tree oil does work on fungus for toes. I had a small spot on my big toe, not very big, but I wanted to nip it in the bud. Well within a few weeks I have noticed a difference and my nails are whiter and brighter, and spot is shrinking. I will shop there again.

I live in PA not far from NY. Always got my packages in two days. Sometime their coconut oil would leak a bit into the zip lock bag they put it on. This mostly happens in the summer.

Just had two major problems that I had to jump through hoops to get help. Day time customer service couldn't care less. One even told me she was leaving at four, so I should call back.

I called back alright. Spoke to a very caring gentleman. I explained that I got very sick from their new probiotics I bought. I have been taking a lower dose and decided to go up to the next higher amount. I took one in the morning, one at night. These didn't taste right and there was an overwhelming strong mustard smell. I had stomach pains all day. I ate nothing different. When the pain continued once again at night, with horrible gas and pain, it had to be the new probiotics.

They wanted me to return it, myself. I am handicapped and disabled and do not drive. Finally they had me pack it up and had UPS pick it up. I was told not to write anything on the box at all. So I had no proof of return, except for pictures of the letter I wrote and photo of the box.

It took them eight days to find a package that "I failed to get a receipt for!" It took another five days to get my $13.49 back to the credit card it was on. Very poor customer service except for the gentleman at night. I never got a call back regarding the contents or formula error.

From that same order, I opened the bottle of Krill oil. I have taken this for years, but not theirs. The capsules looked half filled. I took a few more from the bottle, they looked the same. I squeezed one to see if the "oil" would move. It did not move. I squeezed it again it cracked open, as in a crunch! The orange goop was all over my fingers, nothing like oil at all! The dog got the broken capsule and started to chew it. It crunched like he was chewing on a water bottle.

I took it to my pharmacist. He said they used a hard shell, some companies do that because it's cheaper. Will it fully dissolve? He couldn't answer yes or no. This is going back too. I am not going round and round with their customer service. My return letter won't be quite as nice as the last one. I will return it, I will get a receipt and I will send the CEO the same letter, but certified.

They just raised their price $2.00 on the coconut oil, from $21.79 to $23.79. I usually buy one 54 oz container a month. I spend $70 to $100 a month at Piping Rock. But no more. Looking for a new company. I don't feel I can trust them any more.
