I ordered a product that was advertised as 2 for 1. Only received one. I was told I did not do something when I ordered it so that is why I only received one rather than 2, even though it was advertised as such. They offered me a $5.00 coupon rather than giving me the product. This is the worst customer service ever. I will never order from them again or would I recommend them to anyone.

I bought and paid for products well over $70. They had no problem charging my credit card fast, however, they then sat on the order for over three days, even though I paid for shipping the following business day. Don't buy from these roaches! It took me over 6 emails to get them to credit my freight charges. All they kept saying was "Sorry", "No", "Can't", and "Have a Great Day".

I ordered the Daily Fruits and Veggies hoping it would help with bad inflammation coming from my hip - I had been seeing a chiropractor which helped a lot but I was still having this annoying inflammation. One week on the product and I have been pain-free. I have been on them now for about 2 or 3 months. I would recommend them!

I have referred over 50 customers to Piping Rock, and have gotten zero reward money after their first orders. First, the company says my code has to be entered every time. Then, later, I was told by 3 different people at the call center that this isn't necessary, that the website recognizes them as my customer as long as they use the same email address. It's an easy fix, but they won't do it, because they're greedy. Plus, customers aren't going to remember each time to punch in my code especially when they click onto emails they get regarding any sales.

I have never had shipping issues with this company. I’ve ordered from them 4 or 5 times and everything came in a timely fashion, especially considering Covid. I love shopping the great deals section because some of the prices are truly amazing. So amazing that I was suspicious about quality...but after looking into the company I was pleasantly surprised.

I got my order very fast, so no complaints there. It was so well wrapped I could not believe it, as sometimes things that I have ordered from other places were kind of iffy whether the item would be okay when I opened it. Very, very happy.

Overall I have been satisfied with their supplements but I did receive Black Oil Capsules that had oxidized (slightly rancid) and reading other reviews this is quite common with Piping Rocks oil capsules.

Consumer Lab even gives them a poor rating for this factor alone.

I will still buy from them but not their oil capsules, as peroxide is a sign of poor quality control in the manufacturing process.

I have ordered three times from Piping Rock now, vitamins, lavender oil, and prebiotics.

Each time I have received my order within a week or less and well-packaged.

Their prices even with a little duty and shipping are still much cheaper than if I bought them locally.

The lavender oil is fantastic! I put 1/2 of the bottle in my electric Air Wick freshener in my bathroom, left the house, and when I arrived home a few hours later and I opened my front door, I could smell this wonderful lavender.

I have been very satisfied with their products and service.

When I ordered some odorless garlic capsules, I thought I was buying from a UK supplier, so I was surprised to get an email saying the item had been shipped airmail. This caused me to research Piping Rock online, and I was surprised to find so many negative reviews, which gave me concern. When my order was delivered, I was dubious about the quality of what I had purchased from the reviews so opening one of the containers and smelling the contents, it had a faint smell of rotting vegetation/vegetables. I have been taking odorless garlic capsules for years and nearly all have no smell, though some have a faint peppery smell. To be on the safe side, I binned both containers without trying any of the capsules. The photos on the website, which just show a tiny part of a room, do not convince me at all, because it could be any room/office, it does not show me a modern lab/production facility. I will not be making any more purchases from Piping Rock for sure.
