I bought Nutra Thrive to help two dogs, a 12-year-old French Bulldog and a 9-month-old Border Collie that was raised in a shelter. My frenchie, Star, has already had a brush with level 1 cancer in the form of an external tumor. Star was sleeping her life away, she refused to eat even her most favorite foods. I started hand feeding and got about a quarter cup of food in her per day. After giving her just 2 pinches in cooked chicken breast, she is now eating everything I give her, eating treats again and is up and involved in her surroundings. I got my baby back.
The puppy, Lucy, came to my home as a shelter baby. I have never seen a dog so frightened of everything. She had never been outside and was terrified of the backyard. Any loud sound would set her off with agressive barking. I realised that all the agressive behavior was all fear based. For a while I thought I may have made a mistake in adopting her. But I'm stubborn. I have changed the way I do things to try and calm her her down, I deal with poddy pads even now because I have realized she learns slowly. Since Lucy has been on Nutra Thrive her behavior has changed dramatically. I give her almost a full scoop in 6.5 ounces of canned food with gravy. She is becoming calmer. She now plays quietly in the house. She is learning easier and is regaining what she learns. She's the best friend to Star and plays nicely with the cat. The extreme aggressiveness is gone. She exhibits normal barking response when someone comes to the door or at surprise loud sounds. Lucy still has a long way to go but I no longer fear her response to new people.
I am grateful to have found this product. I didn't think Star would make it to age 13. I feared losing Lucy to the shelter system. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
