If this product is taken as prescribed, it does work. I was carrying around a spare tire on my gut. No matter how little I ate, or how much I exercised, I had an unattractive mid-section.

BIO X4 was great. It helped my stomach and I did lose some weight. I was 145 and went down to 135. I did not eat wheat bread or cereal bars or yogurt. Thank you. I was in a car accident so am taking a pain medicine and do not do well taking meds, and the BIO X4 helped my system when the pain meds upset my stomach.

I take this primarily as a replacement for the ineffective over the counter probiotics. The other ingredients to help my health is just a big bonus for me. What I really like is that since I started taking it, I don't crave sweet stuff after every meal anymore. I still get the occasional PMS sweet cravings every once in a while, but overall, I've seen a big improvement with my sweet-tooth cravings.

After going on a very clean diet and reducing my calories, I had a severe slowdown of my digestive system. I made sure I was getting enough fiber, water and lots of exercise. None of it helped.
