I'm processing things better, but I haven't seen any weight loss yet. Yes, I will continue to use this product, since my health has to get better. I'm trying to reduce high blood pressure, cholesterol, and weight.

I was not in need of a weight loss product, so I was a little hesitant to try this product. Since it had a money back guarantee I was willing to give it a try.
I was surprised when I noticed such a drastic improvement in my gut health in such a short amount of time. I am sensitive to gluten and dairy and rarely have my gut issues under control. Before this product I had tried kefir, probiotics from a health food store and turmeric; none helped at all. I noticed a difference after taking this product for about two weeks. I am definitely buying more! I would like them to create a blend without the weight loss component (and maybe this exists already).
I highly recommend this to anyone having gut inflammation issues. It might help people with IBS also. It's worth a try.

I have been using it not long ago; I think just one bottle. I had lost 5 lbs. It has helped me to lose weight without exercise. Thanks for all your help. I will be glad to introduce to anyone that needs to lose weight to give BIO X4 a try and that they will not be disappointed.

Finally, a product that works as long as you take it on a regular basis I went a few days without it, and I really noticed the difference.
The biggest change is my regularity. I've never had this in the past 50 years. I shared this with my personal physician, and she agreed.

I have been using the BIO X4 for a month-and-a-half. So far the results are good, and I'm still using it and working out almost every day. I will reorder before my 90 days are up. I want to continue to use the BIO X4 to see if that is helping me with the weight loss, or if it's just the exercise.

When I purchased the BIO X4, I was not made aware that I would be liable for tax when it landed in London. £31.00 later, the goods have been returned by royal mail, and no refund has been made despite regular requests.
Do not buy the product. It, along with many others that I will be listing soon, is a scam.

I thought when I purchased Nucific that it was the diet I had been looking for. My issues are that there is not enough information and instructions on how and when you are supposed to take the capsules. There are a lot of items I don't eat, and that doesn't help out a whole lot. There was one recipe that I really like, and it was egg muffin. I don't eat a lot of meat, and that is some of the problem. I'm allergic to seafood, and I'm lactose intolerant. So I'm in really desperate need of help at this point.

I noticed that it helped right away in clearing up some gut issues that I had. My skin clears up and eventually, my energy stabilized. It also helped in digesting my food. I haven't noticed huge weight loss, but I know my insides are healthier.

I feel better with energy when I take BIO X4. It's not the kind of energy you get from drinking coffee. It's more stable and does not peak or drop off suddenly. I was pleasantly surprised when I took it. I have been trying different supplements without luck until I found the BIO X4 supplement. My body is very sensitive to anything I put in it. Or on it. I didn't have any problems with taking BIO X4. I would recommend the BIO X4 supplement to anyone who is looking for healing and feeling better.
