I have been taking Nucific BIO X4 for a little over a month. It has really made a difference on how my system works (much better now), and I have noticed a little more energy. I've also noticed that my stomach has really gotten smaller. I don't know if I've lost weight because I didn't weigh myself before I started, but I think I have certainly lost inches! I have been taking BIO X4 for about 6 months or so and finally broke the stalemate of not being able to get below 150 lbs. I recently purchased BIO X4 and tried it for about 45 days. I am vegetarian, gluten-free, only eat fruit sugars and drink about 100 oz of water a day.

I need to say my overall first month's experience with it has been good. It's helped me get more out of my food, and digestion is a lot more easier than normal. It didn't help too much with weight loss, but it was helping. It also increased my appetite as well, and I was drinking more water than normal throughout the day. I noticed a more positive mood as well.

It's now been almost a month since I have stopped taking it to see the results. Since I have stopped taking it, I have put on some weight. I find it hard to digest certain foods. I have had problems going number 2 for the last seven years. I resorted to taking fiber pills and laxatives daily, two to three times per day. I’ve used this product for a bit more than a month, and I no longer have to use the fiber pills. Very easy bowel movements. I really love this product. In the advertisements they kind of make you think it will help you lose weight. I haven’t, but at least it helps me poop (LOL).
