I am finally getting into a good routine taking this dietary supplement. I feel better and have more energy. I am not having the cravings I was having before taking BIO X4. BIO X4 has added some benefits to my health. It has given me more energy each day I take it. I do have trouble taking it as prescribed (5 minutes before I eat with 8 oz. of water). Just since my daily schedule is so erratic at times, I don't eat 3 squares daily. More like snacking throughout the day, so I try to take the BIO X4 before my larger snacks, etc. It seems to keep me regular, which I appreciate since I am taking multiple medicines daily for diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, myositis, and low thyroid. I am finishing the first month's supply and am hoping for continued progress!

I wanted this product to work so bad after seeing some good reviews. But it's been over 90 days, and my weight has stayed the some. Sometimes this product made me constipated. I don't feel a difference in my hunger or cravings. I live in Canada, and with duties (that I didn't know of) and shipping and USD prices, this was way off my budget as when I went to check out, this SCAM website scammed me into buying three more bottles. They do this without you actually confirming your order. You just click the "good deal," and it immediately charges to your payment that you already entered.

It's not worth me returning because I live in Canada and would have to pay a lot to send back. But it's also annoying how they constantly harass with spam emails. Someone needs to do something about their constant scamming to everyone's orders. It would be nice if the product actually did what it promised to do.

I started using BIO X4 about two months ago. Since then I have noticed more energy and seem more alert than before. Digestive system in a lot better shape and seems to be back to normal. It has been a long time since that has happened. I didn't have a lot of weight to lose. I am really happy with the product so far. I've been on the Antarctic krill for about a month. It's too soon to tell results on it.

I ordered the three bottles of Nucific BIO X4, and have been using them about 20 days now, and am very satisfied with my results. I have IBS, Acid Reflux, and GERD. I have not experienced any extra bloating, or gas from the product than I normally get with the above symptoms.
