I was having a lot of bloating, stomach and back pain. Taking Nucific made a huge difference. I can always tell if I forgot to take it. I feel like my food is actually nourishing me now opposed to just sitting in my stomach. I am not 100% better, but I at least have hope now that my gut is healing and I am going to be better with some more time.

Well, I don't know where to start. I will say though that the product does work and as a matter of fact, I felt a difference the very first day in how active and energetic I was. One thing I noticed as I had changed my eating habits and it helps suppress my appetite and feel alive. I just turned 69 years old last month and this product will be with my regime daily. I can totally tell that my energy level and metabolism have increased! Which, is awesome. Every year I put on weight from Thanksgiving to Christmas. I struggle, but I lose the 10 lbs I gained. I'm horrible at exercising.

I watched the video by Dr. Amy Lee and it was pretty persuasive, so what did I have to lose? I started using BIO X4 at the end of December 2017.

The first month I didn't feel much different, but the scale was going down. I noticed my cravings were gone. I could pass by the chips and Cheetos, and I didn't even want any of them. I have lost 12 pounds since beginning BIO X4. I am diabetic, and my blood glucose is under control. I haven't changed what I eat, but I'm not hungry, so I eat less. I get fuller faster too.
