So far so good. It helps as a supplement to lose weight. I do exercise, not on a daily basis but on the weekends I swim my 2k on Saturdays and Sundays, and that helps so far.

I'm 57 years old and my weight has been stable, but want to drop 4 pounds more and this seems to be helping. My weight is 173 pounds at the moment.

I am borderline diabetic. When I take 2 pills with my meals, I no longer have any symptoms and lose a little weight. I also have a lot more energy! When I miss some pills, the symptoms come back! Thank you, Dr. Lee and Nucific, for your great product!

So far I'm pretty happy, but the only reason my review isn't higher is because I have an unanswered question or 2 about the product and I need to be more consistent with it's use to see the benefits. I want to know what happens if I end up skipping one dosage because I do intermittent fasting (16 hours off and 8 hours on). And with that schedule, I often only eat 2 meals a day versus 3.

I have been using BIO X4 for five weeks and just crossed over 20 lbs lost! I am amazed at the balance this supplement has given me. I have tried SO many other supplements, diet plans, fads; you name it, I've tried it! This is so different.

BIO X4 gave me no jitters, no weird stomach or GI issues, just balance. Balance in my eating habits, balance in my moods, and balance in my hormones that were making me a hot and sweaty mess all the time.

I no longer stand in front of the fridge/snack cabinet 7-8 times a night looking for that "something" that I don't need but desperately want, but end up eating ten things I don't need. When I do have a snack, I don't end up in that never-ending cycle of "oh, I want some sweet, ok, now I need something salty."

I don't crave sugar or bread anymore. I eat a reasonable amount of food and can say "ok, I'm full." I HAVE NEVER in my LIFE been able to do that; my leptin and ghrelin are finally my friend!

People are starting to notice my weight loss and it's a great feeling, but feeling healthy, having energy again, and eating to live instead of living to eat is the BEST part of your product! Thank you!

Excellent product. One thing, living in Canada, it's really expensive to buy as shipping isn't free to Canada and you have to pay a customs fee when the product is delivered.

Otherwise, it's a fantastic product, and I wish Nucific would have more discounts to Canada. That would be much appreciated. Amazon is even more expensive.

I have been using BIO X4 faithfully now for 3-4 months. I understand that supplements of this kind take a while before one begins to see results and also that when starting a new regimen with promises of change, there can be a placebo effect in which one "thinks" there is change without proof of change. That being said, I endorse the concept of 4 compounds together being used for a cumulative effect - weight loss. I have noticed appetite suppression, which was one of my goals. I have had minimal weight loss though at 4 pounds over 3-4 months. Granted it took me 60+ years to gain the weight I have, I was still hoping for more substantial weight loss. As for the other effects, they are difficult to measure, and I have to just accept that they are happening. I also take medicine (metformin) for noninsulin dependent diabetes which also has a similar effect.

I will continue to take BIO X4 until my current supply runs out, but if I don't notice any more changes, I shall not renew. Bottom line - I have not decided if I would recommend this to a friend or not.

The product worked well. I'd been having problems with my digestion, which I don't have anymore. I've also lost a little bit of weight, not as much as I would've liked to, but regardless the results are there. I do and have recommended this product to friends that I exercise within the gym who have similar digestive problems.

Since I started with BIO X4, I have stopped craving carbs and lost 15 lbs in five weeks. It's been great for me so far. I have been eating steak and vegetables four out of seven days, and have the energy to workout daily. I have also lost 4 inches in my waist. I learned about this supplement from the presentation on Facebook. Then, I researched further and decided to try. I have been using BIO X4 for about a month. My goal has been to lose that stubborn 10-15 pounds gained during the holidays by Spring and increase metabolism and energy level.

I’m pleased with results so far. Although my weight loss is not rapid, I see the progress. My cravings for sweets, snacks and late evening trips to the refrigerator diminished dramatically. I eat much smaller portions at lunch and dinner without feeling deprived or hungry. I don’t crave starch as much as I used to. Overall, I eat less and feel full longer. I noticed more energy, my vision is a little sharper, and hearing and all other senses are better as well. This was an unexpected additional benefit. Seems like, BIO 4X somewhat enhancing body functioning in many areas.
