I started this product for two reasons; to create an environment in my gut that would better allow me to absorb nutrition/improve my immune system, and to lose some weight.

I watched the video online about this product, and while it said weight loss would not be drastic, I had hoped for more than 7 lbs in almost two months. I have been doing 50 minutes of cardio on an elliptical 4-5 days a week. I am almost finished with my second bottle of BIO X4. I have also been taking the digestive enzymes with my dinners for added digestive benefits.

Reviews of the products stated one of the most noticeable effects would be regular 'normal' bowel movements. This did not happen for me until almost a full month in, and they are still not "like clockwork."

I am post menopause. I work out 3 to 5 times per week; cardio and weight training. I eat clean, but cheat a couple of times on weekends. However, I still craved food after dinner. Using BIO X4, as directed, has taken the edge off of my cravings for sweet potato chips, guacamole; clean, yes, but not good for me at 8 pm! My waist is becoming trimmer!

I've been taking them for a month just as the directions state and they work somewhat as advertised. The only thing is I guess it doesn't curb everyone's appetite, but other than that one claim, the rest does as advertised. I'm even going to need refills to keep up the regiment.

I just started my second bottle, but so far I love it! I used to have to take over the counter medicine for my indigestion almost every day, since I have been taking the BIO X4 I haven't had to take anything for my stomach, which is worth the price!

Upon receiving this product, I've been watching what I eat and when I eat. I am faithful in taking this, especially in the morning before I go exercise and before my dinner. I have noticed a tremendous amount of energy and the weight has been dropping off as well. All that is expected with, and what I am doing to help it along. I'm going to be ordering more soon. I missed the one order that was $35 but am hoping the promotion comes along soon again. I have recommended this to a few other friends.

On my own, losing weight for my New Years resolution was a bit of a chore.

After two weeks of a steady work out and meal changes, I lost 15 pounds. When I started using BIO X4, I lost another 15 pounds in just the first week of using it! I was losing weight twice as fast!
