I have used BIO X4 for the last three months because I was irregular due to my colitis flare-ups and the pockets I have in my colon (colon cancer runs in my family tree). So there has been many a time at work, special occasions, and just being out that has been uncomfortable for me, as I never knew when I would have a flare-up. Since taking BIO X4 I have become regular, no cramping or feeling of nausea. It has been a pleasure to have part of my life back.

I’m halfway through my second bottle of the product and I’m loving the probiotics and digestive enzymes that I’m getting out of the product, but I have not seen any weight loss yet. I’m hopeful that maybe after the third bottle I will? I’m going to continue to take it every day and see what happens.

I feel better, have more energy, feel smaller in inches, but have not lost lbs. I have just recently started having smelly gas and that concerns me. I wonder if maybe I am not drinking enough water, maybe you can let me know? Sometimes I will drink my water before or after the meal but have a soda or tea with my meal.

I also feel that my food is being digested well and I have lost a few pounds, something I have been trying to do for years. My body fat level has also been reduced. I have been using this product for a couple of years, and it has done an amazing job with my digestive system. I take two tablets before each meal, and this product has helped me to maintain my weight even though I eat my regular foods without dieting. Also, I have regular bowel movements when before I started taking this supplement I was very constipated and had bowel movements once every 3-4 days.

I do not take this every day as I have stomach issues, but when I especially eat carbs, I will take one and I can definitely tell the difference. Same thing whenever I eat onions. I just wish I could take it on a daily basis.

I ordered BIO X4 after discussing with my doctor (who approved all four components of BIO X4) and received my two bottles plus a free bottle of Krill oil. I know that everyone reacts differently to supplements. Those who have stayed on the BIO X4 have written positive reviews. I'm beginning today and will follow directions of drinking water, eating more fiber as well as adding more exercise to my routine. I'll post results in the future.
