I really liked the BIO X4. I had more energy and it helped eliminate my cravings for junk food. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the high cost of the pills at this time. So I only got to use them for a month. I did not have any noticeable weight loss. I did notice a flattening of my stomach and my bathroom habits were more regular. I really wish I could afford to continue with these pills. Hopefully, I will be able to continue in the future.

BIO X4 is not what they rave and say it's supposed to be. Some type of laxative yes, but nothing else. Don't waste your money. It's been over a month for me and I am highly disappointed in the results, which are nothing, no sign of anything. Keep your money, eat healthily, and work out consistently. BIO X4 is a joke.

The first couple of weeks I tried it, I didn't see results, I even started getting bloated, but then I received an email from Nucific that said to eat foods high in fiber and drink lots of water (which I wasn't), so I bought some acacia fiber powder and drank more water too, and within the next two weeks the bloating went away, and I started losing weight. I have also been calorie counting and watching what I eat. I have a colleague who is calorie counting as well and has not lost the weight that I have (I've lost 10 pounds since I started almost two months ago). Give it a try, but you have to stick with it, don't give up, I almost did and don't regret sticking with it!

I started this product about a month and a half ago and I wanted to fix my digestive system to fix any internal issues I'm having so that I may progress in my fitness journey. So far so good. It has adapted to my body well. No side effects and I'm so happy to find something a doctor founded and recommends. I wanted honest answers to everyday problems. It's so hard to filter out the BS that is sold every day for profit. I didn't want to really anything to harm my body. And I won't take anything that will. It helps me digest foods and helps me go daily in a consistent manner. Which I guess it means it works.
