I used the product and it made my face break out. I don't believe I really saw any results, but I did only get through a quarter of the second bottle. But when I bought the product, you were promised a full refund if you were not happy, even if you used the entire product.
I had my concerns that I expressed to the support group and they never indicated that I needed to return an empty bottle. Well, I returned my product, (the two bottles I had left because the first bottle I finished). Since I didn't return the one empty bottle, I did not receive a full refund. This seemed odd because why would I return a partially used bottle and a sealed bottle but keep one (I obviously threw the empty bottle out)? Especially since I had thrown it out thinking I would get through all three bottles.
The short, save all your bottles, even if empty, because companies always find a way to not give you a full refund if you're not happy with their product like they promise.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
