I bought four bottles as I really thought it sounded as if it would work. I took all four bottles as directed and actually gained a few pounds. It also did nothing beneficial for my bowels, which I have trouble with chronic constipation due to medications I need to take.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Before using BIO X4, I would suffer from terrible constipation. I would take double and triple the recommended dosage of laxatives and still had trouble the other way.
All of these issues went away when I started taken BIO X4. I take one a day in the morning, and I move my bowels naturally and regularly. This is a great product and I'm so glad I found it.

I see my constipation is more under control, which I am grateful for. I felt the fullness in the first three weeks, but I don't feel it as much now. I keep picking, which I don't want to do. I'm very happy with the constipation control, which has been a severe problem of mine since my 20's.

This product was instrumental in my weight loss journey. Taking off 30 lbs was never so easy, and I thought at 50 it would be harder than it has been. Of course, diet and exercise are also key, but this made the process easier. Thank you!

I have found that BIO X4 really does work. I do not have cravings but most of all, I now sense when I have had enough to eat. I use all the products as directed and it has changed my body's way of processing food. The other positive experience is that I no longer need that coffee in the morning to get me going. I drink more water, which is more healthy.

The product did not work for me. I called for a refund, and I was offered a 3-month refund extension. I had just explained that the product was making me sick and they would not refund. I called again and was asked too many personal questions. I finally was told that only $49 of the $90 could be refunded. They deduct $60 for shipping of empty bottles back! I said I would pay for my shipping. Please be aware of this if you need a refund.

I'm very pleased with this product. I was already sold on taking probiotics and have seen the difference in gut health they can make. As far as the weight management properties, I had my doubts. I have lost around 10 lbs. I don't own a scale, so I rarely weigh myself, but I did so at the gym and was pleasantly surprised. I have noticed my appearance changing in the face and upper chest area. My clothes are fitting more comfortably, and I am looking forward to it continuing. It has been very gradual, but I know that is the healthy way to lose.

I've been using BIO X4 about 1 and 1/2 years and I love it. Since using it, I haven't had any colds or my seasonal sinus colds in January and October. It has really kept me healthy. And very important to me, has helped with my weight loss by depressing my appetite. My doctor approved of BIO X4 too, since there are no side effects.
I highly recommend it. I buy multiple quantities to save money.

I was having issues with completely emptying my bowels and going regularly. I tried fiber, which did work but had to take a lot of it. BIO X4 works great for me. I take two pills. One for breakfast and one with dinner. Keeps me regular and happy. No more having to go several times in a short span of time with little result. If you're having trouble going to the bathroom, I'd give this a try. It worked for me.

I have IBS and other digestive problem. Everything that I eat causes bloating and pain. BIO X4 is the only product that helped with my problem so far. I just need more discipline to take it three times a day as it's recommended.

I stopped using BIO X4 because I don’t have money at the time and I gained some weight back. So I am trying it again and love it. The weight is coming off and I feel good. Gas and bloating are gone.
