I bought this item specifically for the probiotic blend, as I was having a lot of bloating and gas. It did help me with my digestion, but the added benefit of losing 10+ pounds was a plus! I had to stop the BIO X4 for 3 weeks because I was prepping for a "breath test" to determine if I was suffering from an overgrowth of bacteria in my bowel. I have since restarted the BIO X4, and although I'm still having some issues, I hope to get back to my prior good healthy digestion soon.

I mainly ordered BIO X4 to help with my digestive problems. That's what roped me in. I have terrible trouble with eating and digestion. And also, I also have terrible constipation and could lose a few pounds.

With taking one capsule, I only got a little relief. So I started taking two capsules as directed. And it really started helping and my digestive problems weren't as bad. It was easier to eat and my stomach didn't hurt so much. And a big benefit for me was that my constipation wasn't as severe. I was going without having to use my Relistor shot every two days for constipation. I was going frequently and with ease. It was a huge change in my life. I realized it even more. I ran out of it, and didn't have the money to buy more at the moment. And the stomach issues started coming back almost at once. And I had the worse constipation I have ever had. I went over a week before I went to the doctor and he told me what to do. It was awful. So I guess I will be ordering more.

The only thing that disappointed me, and stopped me from giving it 5 stars, was that I didn't get any of the weight loss advantages. No loss of appetite, no not wanting sugar, no weight loss. But these benefits aren't why I bought it. I bought it for all the stuff it has in it, for that. But I was a little disappointed. But for me, it's a great product. And I will be buying more.

I have been on a number of diets over the years and usually have the same things happen. I usually lose 5-10 lbs and then plateau. If I can believe the scale, I am losing about 1/2 lb every 2 weeks, which keeps me believing in this product. I am delighted that my craving for sweets has abated and I am not experiencing the energy dips I previously experienced in mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

I bought my first bottle a few months ago and I never really got the chance to start it yet. I got a follow-up phone call from Nucific, and the guy asked me how did I like the product. I told him I never got the chance to even start it yet because I wanted to read more reviews about it and I haven't had the time yet. The next thing I knew, I was trying to explain to him, and he just hung up in my face while I was talking. That was very rude of him. I still have it in my room and was actually gonna start it very soon. Now that this has happened, I'm not so sure about it.

BIO X4 has been a welcome surprise. I had a spinal cord injury five years ago. I’ve been suffering with digestive problems since then. Severe intestinal cramps, bloating, gas and the worst not being able to go to the bathroom. Sometimes it was three, four, or as much as a week between going

My family doctor was skeptical (yes, I talked to her about it). It took a week or so to begin to notice a difference but my night time cramps had changed, and I was 30 days starting to go more regularly. After about three weeks, my cramps were pretty much gone and I was going regularly every day.

My doctor took blood and urine after 30 days of use. She then asked me to stop BIO X4 for 30 days and she would redo the test and compare. Almost immediately after stopping BIO X4, the cramps returned. I can happily say that I now have my doctor's approval.

By the way, I lost 22 pounds that first month was.

No digestive issues. Lost some weight, mainly belly fat. Less bloating and gastroesophageal reflux. Probiotics and digestive enzymes are good in aiding digestion. I also watch what I eat. Cut down on carbs and sugar. Avoid processed food too.
