Worked out everyday watched my carb intake and was able to just maintain my weight. After taking Bio X4 I started to lose weight. I lost a good amount at first and slowed down some in the last months but have kept my downward momentum all the same. I plan on trying for another three months hopefully with continued success.

I like the BIO X4 because it helps me eat less without feeling like I am starving myself. Admittedly, I am also eating healthy, lots of meat and fat and vegetables, but NO corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup, and all my numbers are the best they have been in over 20 years.

To be quite frank with you, I ordered these not for weight loss reasons but to keep my system clean. I had gotten six urinary track infections in a row. I bought three bottles, left them sitting in the cupboard for several months, thinking they wouldn't work. Finally I decided to give them a try.

The reason I take BIO X4 is to reduce my appetite. I always remember to take the BIO X4 pill just before breakfast and just before dinner. These meals are at the same time/routine each day. My problem is that my lunch consists of grazing with nibbles of food between 11 am and 4 pm. Most days I just forget or overlook the little sign I made to remind me to take a mid-day pill. I still "fight" my love of sweets but two additional things help. (1) Eliminating or at least reducing the sugar in my diet by reading the ingredients on the packages. (2) The daily emails from Dr. Amy Lee with information, reminders, new ideas, recipes. Thank you.

I have had great success, but my wife is the one who has had the most benefit. She has suffered for years with abdominal problems. The probiotics in BIO X4 have definitely made a difference for me. I am more regular and I feel so much better for it. I feel that my cravings are less and I have actually lost a few pounds.
