I had been struggling for years, removing more and more things that upset my system - and still having trouble.

After starting BIO X4, I'm no longer having problems, and am slowly adding things back into my diet - things I've missed - and the more healthful food options are once again on the menu whereas before many of these things upset me the most.

I highly recommend this product. I don't know which component I so badly needed (I suspect the digestive enzymes alone would do the same thing), but I don't care. It works!

BIO X4 is not the only thing I do or take to help with my weight loss. I eat less grains, no longer stock ice cream in the freezer (same for candy bars in the cupboard), and I get exercise. I believe that BIO X4 has helped me to reach this accommodation with sweets, and has improved my digestion.

I started taking Nucific BIO X4 and noted immediate results with digestion and regularity. After a couple of weeks, my cravings decreased and my appetite is satiated with smaller portion size. I have to remember to pack the pills for access when out to dinner or traveling; getting better with this plan.

I ordered BIO X4 after reviewing Dr. Lee's presentation and following up checking her credentials. The presentation made a lot of sense, and the ingredients of BIO X4 are indeed natural. I was hoping to lose some weight, so I gave it a try. After using this product for one month (it's been 10 months now) I realized that the biggest benefit for me was that my IBS, which ruled my life, had nearly disappeared. I really didn't know anymore what normal gut health felt like, and getting it back is amazing. With it came a feeling of having control over my life, which also translated into a feeling of well-being. It has now become easier to control what I eat, although I don't diet. I have slowly lost some weight too. This product is worth a try.

It's a good quality product; it helps my acid reflux issue, some weight loss, more regular with the bathroom, it does regulate the proper bacteria. I noticed a difference almost right away.

I lost weight, feel better, and have changed my eating habits! I didn’t snack as much. I craved fruits and vegetables more and lost about ten pounds. I am active and try very hard to avoid processed food and High Fructose Corn Syrup. I’m sure that helps. I eat fresh bread and tons of protein. I rarely eat fast food. I do eat pizza and noodles. I eat eggs every day. The hard part is remembering to take the pills with meals or when traveling. I leave the pills out on the counter with my Brita filter to remind me. I wish everyone would try these.

Buyer beware!

There is a computer glitch when purchasing this product. I was only going to purchase three bottles and ended up getting 18. When I first called to return the product I was told that there was no glitch and that I did indeed have made a purchase for 18 bottles. I tried and tried to explain that the purchase did not go through. It said my card was declined.

I finally get the return slips only to see that they are not going to pay for return shipping. I called again only to be told that I placed the order for 18 bottles and I am responsible for sending them back if I want a refund for $667. Who in the world would purchase that much product for first-time use?

By the way, I would have given a rating of "0" but I had to give 1 star just to try and post this review.

BIO X4 really works! I’ve lost 29 lbs so far and also am using the Deep Cell Activator. Probiotics and weight loss assistance. I don’t crave foods or feel hungry after meals. I am also following a Fodmap diet for my IBS-D. Fodmap lists the foods that pull liquid into your colon and foods that do not. I am eating the foods that do not. I am a happy camper!

I felt right off the bat more energy than I've had in quite awhile. Also, BIO X4 seems to be helping me eliminate better, and that's wonderful considering I had gastric bypass surgery in 2006. I don't go as often as most people, but it has increased, so yes, I'm very pleased with BIO X4.

After three days, no heartburn. I started to feel less bloated. Hunger feels controlled. Now after around six weeks I've lost 18 pounds. Blood pressure has improved, energy has increased. I am sleeping better. Well worth the investment for better health and vitality. Thank you Nucific for BIO X4.
