My husband and I are both using the BIO X4 and have noticed a good improvement in digestion and bowel movements. Since I had cancer I have been on some meds that caused me to have chronic constipation and was unable to digest well. I have really noticed that BIO X4 pills that we take have helped with that. I am also able to have a steak once in a while when before the pills I wasn't able to digest them well. My husband first noticed that he had more gas but has found that is because they help to move things through your system. We are just completing our third bottle and are getting ready to order more. I started BIO X4 about two months ago. At that time, I took 6 to 8 antacid tablets daily, as well as daily doses of famotidine and/or Ranitidine, as needed.

Since that time, my indigestion pain and discomfort had vanished. I have stopped taking all antacids and Hydrogen blockers. I have gained a slight weight increase, about 4 pounds, from 159 pounds up to 163 pounds. I have equal to slightly increased energy. This varies.

It's a pretty good product for helping with weight loss. It doesn't target the belly fat like I thought. It's also making me constipated. Before I was taking it, I was regular. Now it's hard for me to go. I will admit that I did and still am losing weight.

I have been suffering for years with gastroparesis. I did not want to resort to drugs, so I tried to control it with a diet which left me very limited on what I could eat, mostly carbs, or something easy to digest. I gained up to 292 lbs., and my Hemoglobin A1c was borderline at 6.0 for diabetes. I have to be honest, I bought the product and really did not put much faith in it until January, when I had a flair that caused me to give it a try. I saw some relief in about two days and to date, since January I have lost 35 lbs. I am faithful to take it every day and have reordered once (I get the package of 3). I find I only need to take two a day to help me to control things.
