I already sent this once. I took one pill after every time I ate, and I have diverticulitis, and had been having a lot of problems with my intestines. I have taken this supplement for about a month and a half. I had been on Atkins several times in order to control acid stomach. Eating normally and taking this supplement kept the acid at check. Overall digestion is greatly improved. I seem to get full quicker, and I can actually have sweets in the house without the fear that I will eat them all. I do also exercise for about 8-9 miles per day, regularly. All of it in conjunction seems to be working well for me. I did notice a bit of cramping in the beginning, but that went away, and I wonder if that is just the digestion getting back to normal. I have never noticed these changes with other probiotics I have taken, including homemade sauerkraut.

I’m a huge skeptic. I’ve always been curvy, but now that I’m almost 50, I’m just plain dumpy. I have a very active life, I work out, but it never got rid of my stomach. Short story: I lost 20 pounds by the time my first bottle was gone. I bought more, and I'm continuing to lose weight.

I started on August 7th. Today is October 2nd. The last few days I have had good energy, and my appetite is under control. I was about to give up thinking it wasn’t doing much. I’m glad I didn’t. I’ve had an upper respiratory problem for the last two weeks and wasn’t feeling good, so I wasn’t sure if it was helping until the last several days. Thanks.

Well, I must say when I started taking BIO X4, I did not think it was going to really affect my daily life. Prior to taking BIO X4, my elimination process was depressing. Watery and unstable. After taking BIO X4, within several days my elimination process firmed up. By the time I finished the bottle of BIO X4, my gastrointestinal distress was over. Amazing how good one can feel when your body feels good day in and day out.
Yes, BIO X4 accomplished exactly what Dr. Amy Lee professed it would do. I recommend to anyone who has bowel incontinence to listen to Dr. Amy Lee's YouTube presentation. By the way, I almost forgot! I went on a diet of eliminating certain foods and not eating anything after 7 PM and taking BIO X4 and I lost 18 pounds. Thank you.

I've been taking this stuff for 2-3 months with zero results. I followed the directions and still no results. Stay away from this product. Customer service for this product is below par. I asked for my money back and still haven't seen or heard any feedback.

I bought this product trusting that the doctor was being truthful about her claims, took it exactly as directed, and modified my regimen with exercise, but did not lose a single pound, nor did I see any difference in my body in the three months of use.
A waste of money. And I have tried to get a refund by calling and sending emails and of course I am being completely ignored.

I bought this product simply to get "gut" healthy. For many years I ate a lot of carbs, mostly sugar, and late at night. No doubt I was addicted to sugar, if not chocolate. After a few days of taking BIO X4, the cravings disappeared. I have no real desire to eat after dinner. For that factor alone, I am a fan of BIO X4.

In the few weeks, a couple of months that I've started taking Nucific, there have been significant results in the appearance of my stomach and general physique.
