Right choice for me

I have joined Noom for about a month now and it has shown me how bad I have been eating, and it has changed my whole outlook of eating and being healthy. I would recommend Noom to anyone. Noom really makes you understand why you eat what you eat and how I can change it. I have lost 13 lbs so far. And yeah that is not a lot, but for me, it is. I feel more confident and have more energy. To me, this isn't a "diet." I have made a healthy lifestyle change. Thank you Noom! For showing me the way towards my healthy lifestyle!

Very good information and goal support

I am pleased with everything except the group messaging. It just becomes a jumble of stuff that I mostly am not interested in. Could be that group thing is just not my thing.

I find Randy helpful and the lessons I read every day have introduced me to concepts that this professional weight loser hasn’t really considered before - I appreciate the scientific foundation and think that I have stumbled on something that may actually work in the long run.

Old dog, better tricks

I have found Noom to be a very helpful tool in my effort to lose weight. Being older and into menopause, most of my old "tricks" no longer worked, and I had been struggling with how to get my added pounds off. I had some good habits already in place, but I think the daily time of reading through the why's and how’s, has helped me. There is a science and a psychology to weight loss, and I have needed to be reminded and also learn some new info. This is not a quick success story, at my stage in the game, but I have seen slow and steady success. I tried MyFitnessPal, before trying this, and had limited success. This format just seems to suit me better.

Start of a journey

I decided to start Noom Christmas Day. I was tired of feeling rundown and too exhausted to do anything. In a month, with just changing my diet by following the guidelines, I’ve lost 10 pounds. I’m extremely happy with the program and would suggest it to anyone who is looking to lose weight and keep it off.

Love it - great app!

I started Noom six weeks ago. I was desperate to get some weight off my knees, and my blood pressure was thru the roof, even with medication. I was tired of being unhealthy. I enjoy the fact that Noom only takes 10 minutes a day. I start every morning reviewing that day's topics with my first cup of coffee. Actually, I think the topics are interesting and very well written and informative. I have lost 16 lbs in five weeks and am feeling empowered. I especially enjoy the fact that I don't have to go to a meeting, it is right in my hand. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting on the right track!

Rebuilding food relationships

I really like the Noom program. The 10-minute daily lessons always seem to speak directly to the struggles I am having and focus on changing my unhealthy past relationship with food. Learning how to forgive myself for occasional slips and having the continued support of the coaches helps me believe that this program will work for me to make life long positive changes.

The program is very easy to follow. It keeps things interesting. The humor helps keep it interesting. The progress I have had is keeping me going. The only complaint I have is that the step counter is not always working correctly.

Like the fact that you can save information and use the info provided that applies to you. Also like the recipes but would prefer measurements to cups etc. rather than per serving.

I first became aware of Noom from their TV ads. I was interested in their approach that includes the psychological approach to diet changes. I haven’t been disappointed and have been able to make some very positive changes to my eating habits. I like that I don’t have to go to a meeting and that I have a great support system in Noom.

New habits, new healthy and happy life!

My husband and I have tried several things. Nothing seemed to work. We started 2019 with Noom. Best decision ever! He lost 22 pounds just in January. I’ve lost about 7. However, the amount of pounds is not as important as how Noom raised awareness on our wellbeing, peace of mind, and making the right decisions every day. The app is easy to use and having a coach is a great support and motivation. Don’t do diets, learn how to live well, taking care of yourself! Start Noom today.
