The group and coach are pointless. I would still subscribe and pay if there was a cheaper option to not have those aspects to it. The psychology and meal tracking and step tracking is where it’s at and is very beneficial. It has helped me learn about better balancing foods, thought traps, being more conscious of what I eat and when and why. The only thing I would change is you should give the coaches fewer people to work with so they can actually get to know you.
For example, the questions and responses are very automated sounding and they even sometimes copy and paste them and don’t erase the other person’s name. I feel like it’s very impersonal and I would really rather just have that setting turned off. If you don’t respond, they keep sending you the messages, so it’s hard to just avoid.
The group has like 30 people in it and the only time people post is when they’re self-deprecating themselves on why they "suck" and will "never lose weight." But yeah, if I could not participate in that part, that’d be great.
Also, I really think there should be website access. I'd like to be able to visit the website on a laptop or PC and be able to read my saved articles or log my meals. Also, there is sometimes stuff that you have to write down or do on a piece of paper; I think having the ability to save all up on a worksheet online would be a great feature. Lots of opportunity.
