I have tried just about every fad diet, supplement, work out plan, etc. My weight has fluctuated for a majority of my adult life. I occasionally lose the weight but always gain it right back, because I’m "dieting" and not learning a sustainable lifestyle. I love that Noom has a color system for food but is extremely educational as well. There are health things I’ve been taught since I was a kid that Noom has had to "unteach" me because they were untrue. I really like that Noom isn’t an "all or nothing" mentality. It’s teaching me to make better choices but not to completely give up if I slip. I’m pretty pleased with it so far and eight pounds down.
