Personally, I have learned a lot from Noom’s daily studies and tips/tricks.
The positives are that the setup of these tips and plans are very strategically placed throughout your course and helpful overall.
The negatives are that the support from your coach, and group coach leave a LOT to be desired. Can go days without a response from your coach, and the responses are very generic and almost seem computerized instead of personal.
And the group coach? Expect some "likes" on your posts, but besides that, the only thing they do is post a weekly task on Mondays with no follow through.
I think Noom is helpful for self-study and self-improvement, but I don’t feel the personal touch like I expected. My group is all significantly older than me, so it’s hard to connect with them, and they as well barely post/comment.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
