I am 85 years old and have always been very active in many ways, especially in sports. I have never had to diet or watch what I ate but over the last few years the "belly fat" has accumulated and my clothes do not fit well and are not comfortable.
I've always been a walker but now with more regular attention to steps, getting in some yoga every day and staying within a 1200 calorie count I've begun to see a little more waistline, I feel better, and it's nice to have a goal to work toward.
