It holds you accountable for your actions and guides you in the right path without completely taking over your life. Just follow the simple and easy guidelines and you will succeed. They get me

Noom really knows the challenges I am going through and some before I do. They provide tools, knowledge, and support to help me reach my goals. In the short time, I already feel healthier and better about myself. When I have a question they have articles, coaches and a support group to help provide answers. Noom is awesome.

Changing your thinking

I have been on Noom for about 6 weeks. It is not easy, but weight loss is not easy to begin with. What I have really enjoyed about Noom is that it is not about restrictions and killing it at the gym. As a teacher with four different classes to prepare for, a mom of 2 active boys, a wife, volunteer work, and taking a class to keep up with the changing education system, I don't have the time to spend hours at the gym. Noom is about changing habits and how you view food. It has helped me make smarter choices and get moving. I have focused on portion sizes, healthy food, staying within my calorie budget, and getting 10,000 steps in. In the six weeks I have lost 12 pounds and have gotten back into my favorite jeans!

Accountability boost

Noom is a good tool to keep you on track and make you aware of your activity, calorie consumption, and weight. Nooms’ methods may not work for all, since it takes some dedication to read through the science, track all of your eating/activity, etc. If you are dedicated and want to develop new habits, this will be great for you! I’m happy I joined.

I love Noom for the simple fact that you are held accountable to yourself, your coach, and your group. All of the tips and psychology based information are so easy to apply to your everyday life. I also love posting questions to the group for their feedback on recipes, how they have handled certain situations, and all of the encouragement we give each other.

Best program

I have tried many many other weight loss programs but I have never had the success I am now. The set up of the app is very user-friendly. I love that every day you learn something new. The coach and the groups you have help you stay on track and are a great support system. It’s nice that it's not just putting in what you ate for the day.

Love Noom!

I love using Noom! It’s been invaluable in my weight loss journey. There are daily readings, psych tricks, personal stories and so much more to help keep you motivated. I haven’t felt deprived in any way like you can and tend to with other weight loss programs. Plus, you have a personal goal specialist and a group coach, so it’s helpful to speak to others on this same journey!

Noom breaks down all of the food items you log into colored categories to help you see what you’re eating. The only improvement I would like to see pertains to logging a custom dish. It doesn’t show up in your daily break down of food choices. I wish there was a custom dish section to bring it all together.

So far so good

I'm on week six of the program. It has a lot of information I already know but some I didn't. I've lost almost 8 pounds, so I think what they are telling me and my doing what they recommend is working so far. I have purchased a 4-month program, the cost wasn't bad, but I did get it on a discount. I myself think that the price was ok but don't know if I will purchase at full cost. I am looking forward to the rest of my time and am going to try to use all the information I'm learning from these Noom people to be one who learns and put all they are teaching me to get the weight off and keep it off. So far so good. I also like the fact there are no pills involved, seems like today everybody is relying on a magic pill to take all your weight problems away. Noom uses the foods that are natural and your own will power to get you to work on losing weight but loving yourself too.

Noom has helped me break so many bad food habits I've gotten into over the past few years. I lost my first 13lbs in my first month by simply following instructions and pairing it with 45 minutes of exercise 4-5 days a week. What's so great about Noom is that it has helped empower me to make choices out of concern for my body rather than guilt or shame. The other users in my group and my coaches help keep me responsible and engaged with the material, which helps me stay on track much better than I did trying to lose weight on my own. I'm an emotional eater, so this app has been crucial in helping me identify my triggers and overcome my eating issues.

Great tool to change bad habits

I have been a lifetime dieter. I have been a size 9 to a size 22, like a yo-yo, even going through a gastric sleeve procedure only to gain it back. This program is like going to a meeting. It's informative, fun, realistic and at the same time I feel held accountable and have the support there whenever I need it. So I'm one month in and down 12 lbs. I am making healthier food choices and added a 30-minute workout to my day. I highly recommend this to anyone.
