Started on my health and weight loss last summer. I have struggled for almost 30 years with yo-yo dieting, lose some and gain more. In January I saw an advertisement on Facebook. I had lost but had hit a plateau and was not happy with the way I was going. I needed help.
I checked into the Noom and it sounded like something I could do. I decided to try this for me. One month later I have lost a few pounds, but most importantly I am gaining strength, changing my relationship with food, and becoming more active.
I have a few serious health problems, and Noom adapts and personalized for my program.
I get up every morning and look forward to making sure and completing my step. The first thing I do is weigh and take 10 minutes to read and complete the assignments.
The recipes are amazing and not complicated. I cook for me now. I am using more herbs and spices. I am learning to not reward with food. I grab a fresh orange or apple for snack. And add lots for fresh vegetables to all my dishes.
I am enjoying life and doing things I haven't done in a long time. The weight loss is great, but most importantly is that I am feeling more energized and healthier.
I feel like this will be a permanent lifestyle. Something I can do always.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
