I’ve tried many apps and many methods to lose weight in the past. Noom is the first program that I have used that not only holds me accountable (in a kind way) but gently educates me on how to live/eat in a different way so I can reach my goals. It’s not just a diet this time, it is learning a new way completely. I don’t feel "deprived" as I have with past experiences. Very happy with Noom.
