I love this Noom app for weight loss. It's not a diet! It's a way of life because they teach you not only how to eat, but why we do what we do when we gain weight and take it off. Every day is full of tips and guidelines that help me understand why I gain and lose so often. I never understood the psychology or the science behind it. I am beginning to feel that I have a more comprehensive knowledge about food and how I deal with it. I feel smarter. I feel wiser. And even though it's slow weight loss for me (I'm 68), it still makes so much sense that I stay inspired. I feel so much more free around food and about my weight. I have been stuck in the diet trap for over 30 years with anxiety and depression about my weight. Now I am beginning to see why I had those feelings and that feels so good. This app is giving me a feeling of personal freedom about food and weight. Thank you so much.
