What I don’t like about Noom is the actual eating plan doesn’t change. They give you the plan and how many calories per red, yellow and green foods, but the total for all the calories is only 1,200 calories per day. That is very little for someone my weight, and the lowest amount anyone should eat per day based on doctor Recommendations. MyFitnessPal gives me 1,470 calories a day to eat based on me wanting to lose 2lbs per week. I’m not sure why Noom isn’t as customized then changes as you lose weight like most weight loss apps do. I also know that if I’m only eating 1,200 calories per day, no matter what the food type is, I’ll lose weight. So there isn’t much insentive to eat healthy.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
