I like Noom’s approach to weight loss using psychology. It helped me realize why what I was doing before wasn’t working. The daily weigh-ins are very helpful to give me an accurate representation of how my weight loss is going. There’s a LOT of information that the program provides that is helpful, but sometimes it feels like a lot when you’re trying to memorize the many acronyms mixed in with the hashtags. Also, the group and goal specialists aspects of the program take a little getting used to. The format of the group was initially confusing because it seemed like parts of the group were in different spots in the program than others. The thread aspect helped after the first week or two because I felt lost going through all of the comments and posts in the group. But overall, I’m glad I committed to the program! I feel a lot better about myself and have a more positive outlook towards my future and where my weight loss journey is taking me!
