I love the playful tone of the daily education, the ease of food tracking, the ability to increase the calorie budget with exercise, the understanding and flexibility of the structure, and the accessibility on my phone.
My only hesitation is that the educational pieces charge forward and cannot be paused, so if you are at your capacity and need time for things to settle in before continuing to add more; pacing is difficult. For me, it would also be helpful to have an element on the computer, or on paper to make it easier to review some parts, especially like when the program asks for your input on things like goals, rewards, and so on. You can bookmark in the app, but not export. I think it's great that there's a support group element for those who would find that helpful, and I appreciate that I could say "I don't want that" and opt out.
Regardless of those minor issues, the potential for sustainable change is great, and this is the only program I've encountered that gives me hope I can make that sustainable change in the middle of the rest of my life's obligations and activities. I have stayed with it for over a month, and plan to continue on - I am a satisfied customer.
