I like the psychology behind eating behavior and like reading the articles every morning. There is a little too much info packed into every day and it's hard to keep track of what psych trick I'm working on each day or week. Most are familiar but much is new, and I like to read for reinforcement.
I have been on the program for five weeks at 1200 calories a day working out four times a week and lost all of 3 pounds. I think they promise way too much and are not taking into count physiological issues for folks in their 40-50s.
This is perhaps more of a "learn to live with what you got" than any groundbreaking way to lose weight.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
