I wish I had found these reviews first. Customer service is non-existent - happy to sell you this piece of junk, then they vanish into thing hair - really !

Just get a wax. I have coarser hair. My mom bought me the newest Pro model. Not only did it feel like dry shaving for me but it did not even get the hair at the root. I went over the same place over and over and would be let with stubble. Which is what the buffer pad is for. So my leg would be dry and sensitive. If I put lotion on after, ouch! According to the company I needed to give it more time. I kept it for the 45 days but it never got an easier and I still had to shave to get what it left behind. I would rather save money for laser hair removal. My poor mom had to call numerous times and deal with the representatives trying to talk her into keeping it! Stay away. Get laser.

The whole deal is a scam. Their money back guarantee is worthless. Still waiting for mine back after six months. And just to make the point it is not painless.

Other than the burn hair smell, this thing is great. I've had my No-No for 2+ years and just today bought new tips. Sure, it takes awhile to get to all the hair. But when compared to other methods, such as waxing (I'd rather have a root canal with no anesthetic than a bikini wax!), it's worth the time. Burn a scented candle, pop in an old movie, and No-No away! At this point, my arm hair and underarms have sparse, baby fine hair where before I had gorilla-dense, wires (almost prickly). And trust me, I only use it about once a month or so. As for customer service, it took three weeks to arrive, so that wasn't great. But later, when I plugged it into the wrong charger and blew it up, I called and was sent another with a couple days, at no charge, though it was my fault. Both my daughters, one blond and one dark brunette, steal it all the time.
