I am from Lima, Peru, I am 53, and I have been searching for different products in order to feel good in every sense.

I am getting the full results of the claims made by Morning Complete. I am also experiencing an extra benefit of morning complete. I have rheumatoid arthritis that involves a lot of inflammation and pain. Morning Complete has helped immensely with my pain and inflammation. I can only conclude that my digestion has greatly improved and as a result, my body can now absorb the nutrients it needs to heal itself.

I am a very active individual and I have to "work through the pain." I would rather just "work" without the pain. Now I can.

You wanted an honest assessment, well, Morning Complete tasted horrible. Dirt comes to mind, haha. The benefits outway any taste by a thousand miles. I wouldn't mind if it came in a pill form.

I was not happy that Canadian customers charged me 25% on top of the value of the product posted on the shipping label. An extra $50 duty did not please me. Oh well.

I noticed within a few days that I wasn't getting run down at the end of the day. This allows me to work out after work, when previously if I had a rough day at work, there was no way I was working out. Also, it tastes pretty good. I'll be purchasing it again when my first batch runs out.

The only drawback is the cost. It'd be a lot better if it was $40 or $50, not $80. There will probably come a month that I won't be able to afford it.

I drink it every morning. It helps me in the bathroom. My 20-year-old granddaughter is sharing it with me. She thinks it is helping her complexion and going to the bathroom. She has had a lot of trouble with constipation. And her complexion has been a real problem with her.

I haven’t lost much of any weight, as I would like to. Any suggestions for that would be helpful. It does seem to fill me up in the morning.
