I started Morning Complete because it has both the pre and probiotic plus other helpers for gut health. I already had a healthy stool function, but after starting this the first three days I had none, which worried me. My normal has returned with a change in texture to the positive. I haven't had all the remarkable benefits Maggie Q experienced. My skin has been breaking out more, but I think I have a bit more energy. I am not sure I'll purchase more after I run out, we'll see!

ActivatedYou solved my intestinal problems within one week and has kept me regular and healthy since then. I take it each morning for best results, though I do add a flavored supplement such as watermelon carnitine (Gaspari Nutrition) or fruit punch TAG (glutamine, Metabolic Nutrition) to help get it down as it tastes pretty terrible on its own. But it's really an effective product, and I'm so thankful for it (and for Maggie Q's super informative online video that got me started).

I believe Morning Complete achieves a purpose in that is provides needed pre/postbiotics and green vegetable extracts.

My main concern is that it has to be blended with something. I don't have time for this in the am so I need something fast and ready to go out the door with me. This morning I didn't have the time to blend and deal with the mess later.

My question is this, "Could Morning Blend be placed in an empty capsule (which can be purchased from any local pharmacy) and consumed? I have time to take a pill but not blend a drink.

Both of us are losing weight and eating better. It appears that our health is improving. I am a Type 2 diabetic (65 years) and my daughter (31 years) is five-year cancer and vasculitis survivor who suffered a stroke during treatment. Here's to hoping for continued improvements.

Morning Complete is a great product. This is exactly what I have been looking for to start my day in a healthy way. It has helped keep me regular, and I love the fact that it's not full of sugar. I'm not through my first 30 days yet, but I believe that I'm starting to notice that I have more energy as well.

The only thing that I don't love about Morning Complete is the taste. It's not bad, just not something I enjoy first thing in the morning for whatever reason. I just put it in water and drink it down. I'm sure I could add it to a smoothie and not notice it at all. I down this every morning and follow it with bulletproof coffee and it keeps me satisfied for 4-5 hours. I would totally recommend this to anyone looking to improve their overall health.
