When I first started taking Morning Complete, I noticed a definite spike in energy. I didn't have to drink coffee to get going, and as a matter of fact, it lasted until I went to bed. The first week I had a little difficulty falling asleep, but when I did, I slept soundly. That initial spike tapered off but found that I still had energy through an 8 hour work day. I also experienced an improvement in bowel movement. I had been going about twice a week, but with Morning Complete, I would go every day (sometimes twice), and my stools were soft and passed easily. Over the last few weeks, I also shed about 6 pounds. Finally, I believe the puffiness under my eyes has gone done a bit.
