I tend to be skeptical of long online video ads. However, I am a fan of Lucy Liu, so I watched the whole ad for Morning Complete. Then I checked some independent reviews of the product. They were positive, so I decided to buy.
So glad I did! I will admit that the first week I started taking Morning Complete, I had some GI discomfort. That is probably because I had to jump start my system to where it should be. Now, I am comfortable and regular as the product ad states. Just this morning, I was typing in a series of numbers on my computer. I am quite terrible at keeping a long series of numbers in my mind. To my surprise, I found myself remembering 7-8 numbers at a time! I can't know that this is a result of Morning Complete, but I wondered if all the super healthy ingredients were having a positive effect on my brain.
Over the past 16 months, I have lost 52 pounds and gone from a size 16 to a 6. I look forward to seeing how Morning Complete over a long-term helps me to maintain my new weight and become even healthier!
Tip: I found the taste to be strong and a bit bitter. Now I add 1/4 teaspoon of erythritol (zero calories, natural) to sweeten it a bit, and it tastes fine!
