Great product to activate your gut each morning! I feel more energetic and feel that my bowel movement has improved tremendously in the past month that I have been using it. I don't like the day I don't have time to take it since I can feel the difference on such days. Highly recommend!

I have never used a product like this, I have found that it keeps my system working much better than just taking supplements. I love putting it in my five-calorie Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice! I am drinking less decaf coffee in the morning. It took about three weeks to get everything working properly. I now have my diabetic husband try it, as he has to take supplements to be regular. I really feel like I have more energy and better concentration. This is perfect for me because I only eat two meals a day so this starts me off right when I'm heading off to work! I will be ordering more within the month!

I've been using ActivatedYou for about a month now. It's a great tasting first beverage to start the day. It has made my gut feel better and smaller, plus keeping me much more regular. My husband started it about two weeks ago and loves it. He has a degenerative bone disease and takes a lot of pain meds. He has found ActivatedYou a very easy and effective way to stay regular. I have been drinking Morning Complete first thing for the past month and while the first days I wasn’t so sure about the taste, by day three it was good and I now crave it! Despite its low calories, it fills me and I just have a lite snack of fruit mid-morning. I feel more alive and am more aware of what else I eat throughout the day and am definitely eating healthier.

I love this product. Just a few short days after starting, I didn't know how to explain what I was feeling. When I finally could figure it out, it was clarity, complete clarity throughout my 12-15 hour work day that I do four days a week. Very easy and simple to use. The taste is pretty good. I add it to water in the morning and make it my first drink. Most mornings I am good to go until about 11, so I carry a piece of fruit with me if I need something more before lunch. I have never been a breakfast person as I usually get sick if I eat too early, so I have always used some kind of smoothie or shake to start my day. This is light and easy and ready to go. My days are busy, and this takes almost no time to make. I fill up my water bottle, add a scoop, shake and go.
