I decided to try Morning Complete because I was experiencing too much fatigue. Also, I had a lot of indigestion in the evening about 2-3 hours after eating supper. The explanation on the video made sense, so I said (to myself) "why not try it?"
It has not yet been a full month, but I have noticed a difference. A pretty big difference in the energy department for sure. The other factor has not been as easy to conquer. I do believe my bouts of indigestion have been reduced, although I do still get some occasionally. It's possible it's the type of food I eat on those occasions, so I am trying to figure that out. The taste is not bad. It's pleasant enough to drink a glass full every morning first thing. All but the last swallow. There is a bit that does not dissolve, and I cannot swallow it without gagging (I tried). But I'm very pleased and plan to continue it.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
