I just love getting the emails about recipes - I could almost believe that Maggie Q is writing only to me.
OK, I am so excited to tell you how Morning Complete and the Advanced Restorative Probiotic fit into my routine.
I am 62 years of age - one evening while on the computer I watched Maggie Q's video, took notes, pondered for a couple of days, and then decided to go for it. I ordered the Morning Complete and the Advanced Restorative Probiotic (ARP). As a matter of fact, I was so excited when ordering that I ordered SO much that I had to return some of it.
OK, here is how the Morning Complete and the ARP fit into my routine.
First, upon awakening, I drink a tablespoon of vinegar (with the mother) in a glass of water. Been doing it for years.
Secondly, I wait about 10 minutes, mix my Morning Complete with water and chug it down. Honestly, I mix it and drink it fast. I don't know of anything healthy to mix it with - you know, like in the video of Maggie Q walking with her Morning Complete in hand. Also, I don't want to alter the health benefits of the Morning Complete, so I drink it straight and fast.
Thirdly, I wait another 10 minutes and have my coffee (black) with a tablespoon of coconut oil. I love my coffee in the morning, but I wait a while before drinking it so the Morning Complete can get into my system.
The majority of the time I will go to the bathroom before leaving for work, if not, then at work.
I then go to work (this is where your Morning Complete comes into play). I am so busy at work that I don't have time to eat, so I have incorporated "fasting" into my routine - I have noticed that I don't get as hungry throughout the day, and I try and drink as much water as I can. I might have an apple or pear, but usually not.
I even feel a bit more energetic throughout my work day since beginning Morning Complete. I work retail, which means I am on my feet 6-8 hours a day, and there is a lot of physical activity at work, lifting a lot of merchandise.
After work, I go home around 5 pm or 6 pm (and remember, I haven't eaten anything except for maybe a piece of fruit) and continue my routine. I might work out, always cook dinner for my husband, and do my household chores and take care of our two dogs and a cat.
I have noticed that when I do work out (exercise) I have energy and am not sluggish, even late in the afternoon/evening, and I attribute that to the Morning Complete. I used to take a tsp of organic vinegar with water, and that would give me a boost, but since Morning Complete in my routine, I have quit the afternoon vinegar.
When my husband comes home in the evening (9/10 pm) we eat supper. Yes, it is late, but we usually eat a salad with protein, or I make a pot of pinto beans, or maybe a baked sweet potato with a protein. My husband is a big guy so I have to cook all of the time. We are hooked on the baked cauliflower. So that is a main staple as well.
The evening meal is when I take the ARP.
Then I go to bed a couple of hours later, wake up and begin my routine all over again.
OK, there you have it.
Oh yes, and I have called the Customer Service a couple of times, just to be sure I am taking the Morning Complete and the ARP in order. Morning Complete first, and then I was advised the ARP after a meal. I hope that's right. I wish you had "tip" sheet on the best way to take the products.
